Do you require a deposit? How and when should it be paid?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the condition for a full room reservation is payment of a deposit within 3 days of placing the order. The remaining payment is made on the day of arrival after check-in. Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes — for tent rentals and other services (on request) we issue VAT invoices. Please request an invoice when booking.

Yes. For groups of more than 20 people we set prices individually (except during the summer season). Please contact us to discuss dates, needs and the offer.

Yes — on order at reception there are local, organic products available: twaróg (quark), cheeses, milk, eggs, poultry, smoked fish, homemade cold cuts and syrups (dandelion, elderberry). Please order in advance.

The site is located in a quiet, green setting with basic amenities: sanitary facilities/showers, possibility of electricity hookup, access to forest paths, lakes, contact with animals and the option to use farm attractions.

Yes — we organize intimate events, weddings, communions, birthdays, family picnics, corporate events, team buildings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, school reunions, summer camps and fishing competitions. Full catering and musical arrangements are possible.

What tents and equipment do you rent for events?

We offer event tents in sizes 3x6 m, 5x8 m and 5x10 m. Price includes assembly, disassembly and transport up to 20 km (we usually set up tents the day before the event and dismantle the day after). Additionally available to order: tables, benches, chairs, tableware, hot water urns, beer taps, lighting (garlands), wooden flooring, heating, sound system, grills and more. We issue VAT invoices.

Yes — horse riding is available for beginners and advanced riders. Lessons and rides can be arranged on site or at cooperating stables (e.g., Stajnia Głęboczek, Stajnia Łaszewo). Please contact us in advance to arrange the date and skill level.

Nearby we recommend: the Teutonic Castle (ruins and tower) and the Archaeological Museum, Anna Vasa's Palace in Brodnica (Regional Museum), the Town Hall in Brodnica, St. Catherine's Church and St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Rypin (famous stained glass). In the forests north of Brodnica there are also World War II bunkers (Position of the Brodnica Lakes).
