Is a deposit required? What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of 20% of the booking value is required to confirm the reservation. Accepted payment methods are card, BLIK, PayU (pay-by-link), bank transfer and cash (payment details in the booking confirmation).

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Standard day: arrival from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. On weekends outside the season it may be possible to extend the stay — details are arranged individually when booking.

How many people can stay in the cottages?

Accepted Answer

Capacity depends on the cottage: 4-person cottages (Sokółka, Jaskółka, Skowronek), 5-person (Warbit 1 and Warbit 2), 6-person (Kormoran, Pod Lasem). In some properties an additional person is allowed for a fee (usually +40 zł/night) — information is in each cottage description.

Yes — bed linen is included in the accommodation price in all cottages listed in the materials.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes, pets are accepted for an additional fee of 10 zł/night (fee applies in most cottages).

In some cottages (Warbit 1, Warbit 2, Skowronek, Pod Lasem, Sokółka) information indicates that the mattress for a 6th or 7th person is to be provided by guests — please confirm when booking.

What are the seasonal prices for the cottages?

Accepted Answer

Prices depend on the cottage and period. For example: 4–5 person cottages off-season 01.04–26.04: 230 zł/night; May Holiday and Corpus Christi: 390 zł/night; summer (26.06–06.09) for many cottages: 370 zł/night. Kormoran has higher rates (e.g. spring 360 zł/night, summer 490 zł/night). Detailed price list is available in each cottage's description.

What are the minimum stay lengths?

Accepted Answer

The minimum stay depends on date and cottage: usually min. 3 nights off-season, during the summer many cottages require min. 6 nights. Kormoran allows a minimum stay of 2 nights (for certain dates). Check the specific cottage and date in the booking calendar.

What additional fees are associated with the stay?

Accepted Answer

Additional fees applicable across all properties: electricity 1,80 zł/kWh (settled online via remote reading), tourist fee 3,40 zł/person/night (charged from the 2nd night), pets +10 zł/night, additional person +40 zł/night. For CamperPark electricity from the hookup (max 6A) — 15 zł/night.

Is the tourist fee charged from the first night?

The tourist fee of 3,40 zł/person/night is charged from the second night of the stay.

Which cottages have air conditioning?

Accepted Answer

Air-conditioned cottages: Warbit 1 and Warbit 2 (air conditioning 3,5 kW), Sokółka, Jaskółka, Skowronek (air conditioning with heating function/heat pump). Kormoran has double air conditioning (ground floor + attic).

Which cottages have a private pier or slip access?

The Sokółka and Jaskółka cottages have individual fishing piers and are located approx. 10 m from the shoreline. Kormoran has a private pier with a bench (10 m from the shore). Warbit 1 and Warbit 2 have a fishing pier at approx. 40 m and slip access included. Skowronek has a pier approx. 30 m from the cottage. Pod Lasem is located approx. 100 m from the shore (50 m from Skarlanka).

What kitchen equipment and TV features are available?

Most cottages have a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle). Selected cottages have a dishwasher (e.g. Sokółka, Jaskółka, Skowronek). The cottages have an LCD TV with terrestrial TV (DVB-T/DVB-T2).

Covered terraces with garden furniture, grills, portable fire pits, boat/kayak mooring spots, parking by the cottage. Kormoran additionally has a garage shelter with an automatic gate, a playground and the possibility to use a washer and dryer (20 zł/service).

Are there mosquito nets and heating for the cooler season?

Yes — selected cottages (including Sokółka, Jaskółka, Skowronek, Kormoran) have mosquito nets. Heating is provided by heat pump and/or electric radiators; Kormoran has central gas heating (LPG option 9,00 zł/kg).

What water equipment can be rented and for how much?

Rental prices: rowboat with oars 50 zł/day, boat with electric motor (+ battery + charger) 90 zł/day, two-person kayak 50 zł/day, SUP board 50 zł/day. For weekly rental discount -15%, for 2 weeks -20%. Many cottages (e.g. Sokółka) offer a kayak with an electric motor option for 90 zł/day.

What boats and fishing equipment are available on site?

On site there are 7 MEWA fishing boats (3,80 × 1,55), 7 outboard motors (Haswing, Minn Kota), 7 gel batteries YUASA, ELITE-3x fish finder and a trailer for boat transport.

How to buy a PZW fishing permit?

Accepted Answer

We can prepare and purchase the PZW permit on behalf of a guest — send the necessary data by email (first and last name, address with postal code, fishing card number, start date and time, period 1/3/7 days, whether trolling, whether the angler is a member). How much do PZW permits cost?

PZW price list (season 2026) example: 1 day — PZW member 40 zł (without trolling 35 zł), Non-member 69 zł (without trolling 59 zł). 3 days — Member 80 zł, Non-member 148 zł; 7 days — Member 110 zł, Non-member 198 zł. Prices vary depending on options (trolling).

Question 24

What are the safety and storage rules for water equipment?

Accepted Answer

There are designated boat mooring spots and slips on the premises (access included with some cottages). Guests are asked to use the equipment safely, return it undamaged and follow the operating instructions for motors and batteries. Details are provided upon equipment issuance.

What does the CamperPark (pitches) offer and what are the prices?

Accepted Answer

New for 2025 — 7 year-round pitches for campers and trailers. Equipment: 230V and CEE hookup posts, water hookup for refilling, hardened ground, lighting, service point for gray water disposal and cassette cleaning, 6-person garden sets, 2 sanitary facilities with showers, playground, monitoring. Is electricity available at the pitches and how much does it cost?

Yes — 230V hookup (max 6A / 1300W). Fee for electricity from the hookup: 15 zł/night. WiFi is available for an additional charge.

Pitches have a service point for gray water disposal, exchange of 11 kg propane-butane cylinders, monitoring, night lighting and a modern playground for children.

Distances depend on the cottage: Warbit 1/2 — bathing area approx. 350 m, Jaskółka — 200 m, Kormoran — 200 m, Skowronek — 200 m, Pod Lasem — 300 m. The bathing areas are unguarded — use at your own risk.

In the area there are restaurants and fish fry stands: 'Uroki Smaku' Bielice, 'Jezioranka' Restaurant Zbiczno, Fish Fry 'Skarlanka' Grzmięca, 'u Natalii' on weekends, 'Przystań Posmakuj' and 'Tama Brodzka'. Opening hours and phone numbers are in the offer description.

Yes — most cottages have parking directly at the property; Kormoran additionally has a garage shelter and an automatic gate.

Yes — the cottages are located on the 'Skarlanka' kayak route, connecting Lake Dębno with lakes Wielkie Partęczyny and Robotno. Launching a kayak from some cottages is possible (Sokółka, Jaskółka, Kormoran).
